- Ansonica (Wh): Minimum 85% Ansonica + OAWG
- Vermentino (Wh): Minimum 85% Vermentino + OAWG
ROSATO WINES
- Rosato (Ro): Minimum 40% Sangiovese; maximum 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Merlot; maximum 20% OARG
RED WINES
- Cabernet Sauvignon (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + OARG
- Ciliegiolo (Rd): Minimum 85% Ciliegiolo + OARG
- Merlot (Rd): Minimum 85% Merlot + OARG
- Sangiovese (Rd): Minimum 85% Sangiovese + OARG
- Superiore (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese)
DESSERT AND SPECIALTY WINES
- Ansonica Passito (WhSw): Minimum 85% Ansonica + OAWG

Significant Production Rules:
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco and Rosato; 11.5% for Ansonica and Vermentino; 12.0% for red varietals; 12.0% for Passito (16.0% potential); 12.5% for Superiore
- Aging: For Superiore, minimum 18 months (ERD = May 1, V+2)
