Significant Production Rules:

- Aging: For Rosso, minimum 1 year, including 3 months in barrel (ERD = November 1, V+1); for Passito, minimum approx. 18 months (ERD = May 12, V+2); for Riserva, minimum 3 years, including 12 months in barrel (ERD = November 1, V+3)
