Significant Production Rules:
- Zone of production: Numerous communes in the province of Caserta, plus three additional communes in the province of Napoli
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.0% for amabile and frizzante versions of Bianco and for varietal Coda di Volpe, Falanghina, Fiano, and Greco; 10.5% for Bianco secco tranquillo, for amabile and frizzante versions of Rosato and Rosso, and for varietal Aglianico, Piedirosso, Primitivo, and Sciascinoso; 11.0% for Rosato secco tranquillo and Novello; 11.5% for Rosso secco tranquillo, Casavecchia, and Pallagrello Nero; 12.0% for Pallagrello Bianco
