- Minimum alcohol level: 9.0% for all frizzante wines; 10.0% for Vendemmia Tardiva (13.0% potential); 10.5% for Bianco tranquillo, Rosato tranquillo, Spumante, and Rosato Spumante; 11.0% for Rosso tranquillo and Novello; 15.0% for Liquoroso; 16.0% potential for Passito
