O.N.A.V.上海将于2016年9月27日在广州“邦奴意大利餐厅”开展ONAV葡萄酒初级课程。
You will participate in 4 hours " ONAV 1st Level Wine Course " with technical wine tasting of Italian wines. And you will get the " ONAV 1st Level Wine Course Certificate " after the exam that allows access to the next level.
This course explains the basic concepts related to the world of wine: historical aspects, production, geographical differences ( types of grapes and Italian Wines ), and how to taste wines.
The technical tasting is on 4 types of Italian wines tasted together with expert ONAV teachers.
在这个阶段，您将参加总计4小时的“ONAV入门课程”，同时进行意大利葡萄酒技术性品评。课程后，您将取得“ONAV初级课程证书”，从而能够参加下一个更深水平的课程。
在此初级课程中，将介绍世界主要葡萄酒的基本概念，包括历史、生产方面，地域差异（包括葡萄品种的介绍及意大利葡萄酒的介绍），以及初步的品酒技术介绍。
技术性品酒评价环节将让参与者品尝4种不同的意大利葡萄酒，同时ONAV专业讲师将教授品酒注意事项和品酒过程。
