- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Pinot Grigio; 12.0% for Superiore, Casetta, and Enantio; 12.5% for Riserva
- Aging: For Pinot Grigio, minimum 4 months (ERD = March 1, V+1); for Superiore, Casetta, and Enantio, minimum 10 months (ERD = September 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 36 months (ERD = November 1, V+3)
