Note: The disciplinare for this region has not yet been officially approved by the EU, but that should be just a formality. National approval for the labeling of wine as Nizza DOCG was granted in December 2014 for production from the 2014 harvest. The first wines labeled as Nizza DOCG can be expected on the market beginning in July 2016.
