Significant Production Rules:
- Maximum vineyard elevation: 500 m (1,640 ft), except up to 600 m (1,970 ft) for south-facing vineyards
- Minimum alcohol level: 12.0% for Rosato; 12.5% for Superiore
- Aging: For Rosato, minimum approx. 2–3 months (ERD = January 1, V+1); for Superiore, minimum approx. 4–5 months (ERD = March 1, V+1)
