- Sauvignon (Wh, WhSw, WhFr, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Sauvignon Blanc; maximum 15% Trebbiano
RED WINES
- Fortana (Rd, RdSw, RdFr, RdFrSw): Minimum 85% Fortana + OANRG
- Merlot (Rd): Minimum 85% Merlot + OANRG
Significant Production Rules:
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.5% for Bianco, Fortana, and Merlot; 11.0% for Sauvignon
