- Minimum alcohol level: 11.5% for Rosato and Rosso; 12.0% for Superiore and Superiore Riserva
- Residual sugar: “Secco” on the label indicates a maximum of 4–9 g/l (0.4–0.9%), depending on the wine’s total acidity
- Aging: For Riserva, minimum 2 years (ERD = November 1, V+2)
