Significant Production Rules:
- Vineyard elevation: Various limitations apply to different grape varieties for Superiore only
- Grapes for Vino Santo must be dried on or off the vine to achieve a minimum potential alcohol level of 16.0%; those for Vino Santo Superiore cannot be pressed before March 1, V+1
- Grapes for Superiore Vendemmia Tardiva must be left to dry on the vine to achieve a minimum sugar level of 250 g/l (25.0%)
